Hi..there thanks for getting back.. Ok..Im not sure what steps you have taken already via your manual as you dont say or what steps you have done upto to date..But yes it is correct that doors/boot should close once the vehicle has exceeded above or over 6mph roughly so you shouldn't be able to open the doors at all when this features activated when and above that speed - there is a way it can
Open the passenger door, and look at the side of the dash board. There should be a triangular panel. Pull the panel off to reveal a small set of fuses (see the back of the panel for the fuse map). To power down the central locking you need to remove the Dome Light fuse, this is located top left.
To fix I pushed down on the boot which caused it to click, and then the boot would open. A spray of WD40 on the catch seemed to clear it completely. This problem affected mine during the cold snap in early 2010, so when it returned in December with the snow, I was hoping the boot would open flawlessly now the warmer weather is here.
Open the glove box. Unclip the cover by pulling at the top left, then right. Completely remove the cover by carefully pulling it in the axis indicated by the arrow. Remove the tweezers. Changing a fuse. Before changing a fuse, it is necessary to: identify the cause of the failure and correct it,
